Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor tenant fit-out activities, ensuring full compliance with building standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of all leased and vacant spaces, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
- Oversee all building repairs and maintenance (civil, mechanical, and electrical), both routine and ad-hoc.
- Coordinate and manage preparations for tenant handovers in collaboration with other departments.
- Manage and monitor building modifications, expansions, or changes of function as required.
- Evaluate and select suppliers and contractors in line with company standards.
- Review and analyze supplier and contractor proposals prior to negotiations.
- Supervise routine maintenance carried out by in-house engineering teams and external contractors.
- Ensure all ongoing contractor works are executed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit Out Manager or Chief Engineer in office or commercial high-rise buildings.
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in digital project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on in ensuring project success.
