We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as the crucial business partner to our hiring managers. You will be the key person responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, building our talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role demanding a high level of business acumen, deep assessment skills, and exceptional adaptive communication to manage interactions with diverse hiring managers, candidates, and the HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) for various technical and non-technical roles, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.

Business Partnership: Act as the primary partner and liaison for hiring managers. Proactively engage in intake meetings to deeply understand business needs and translate them into robust candidate profiles.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments focusing on both technical fit (meet requirements) and cultural alignment (match culture), providing concise and data-driven recommendations to managers.

Database & Onboarding: Proactively manage and process the candidate database to build a ready talent pipeline. Coordinate and execute the new hire onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Experience:

A mandatory minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (non-fresh graduate, specialist level).

Experience in a fast-paced environment (PMA or mining/manufacturing industry) is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Certification:

In-depth, practical knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, assessment techniques, and onboarding.

A professional certification in HR or Recruitment (CHRP, CTAP, BNSP) is a strong advantage.

Language:

Mandatory fluency in English (for daily communication with expatriate users).

Proficiency in Mandarin is a major advantage and will be a key consideration in the compensation package.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and adaptive skills.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex technical and non-technical roles.

Ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively in a high-pressure environment.
