SAP Transportation Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP TM solutions, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement solutions.

• Lead and participate in SAP TM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and TM system configurations.
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI/CO, as well as with external systems.
• Configure transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, and charge calculation in SAP TM.
• Provide end-user training, create documentation, and support system users post-implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot system issues and propose process improvements aligned with best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP TM releases and functionalities (e.g., SAP S/4HANA TM).

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP TM Consultant.
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP TM implementation project.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP TM integration with EWM, SD, or MM modules.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA TM is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
