Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or Human Capital.
Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping/HAV, and Leadership Development.
Proficiency in assessment tools (MBTI, DISC, Hogan, Assessment Center, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions (LOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for HR data management and reporting.
Solid experience in HR analytics and data interpretation.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) preferred.
Job Descriptions :
Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management framework (Talent Pool, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Pathing).
Conduct talent mapping and Human Asset Value (HAV) analysis to identify high-potential and critical talents.
Perform talent needs analysis aligned with business strategy and organizational projections.
Manage the Talent Assessment process, including methodology, tools, and coordination with external vendors/assessors.
Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents in collaboration with line managers and HRBPs.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs to management.
Provide strategic recommendations on leadership development and succession pipeline.
Deliver data-driven insights on talent management effectiveness through HR analytics.
