Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or Human Capital.

  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping/HAV, and Leadership Development.

  • Proficiency in assessment tools (MBTI, DISC, Hogan, Assessment Center, etc.).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions (LOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for HR data management and reporting.

  • Solid experience in HR analytics and data interpretation.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) preferred.

Job Descriptions :

  • Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management framework (Talent Pool, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Pathing).

  • Conduct talent mapping and Human Asset Value (HAV) analysis to identify high-potential and critical talents.

  • Perform talent needs analysis aligned with business strategy and organizational projections.

  • Manage the Talent Assessment process, including methodology, tools, and coordination with external vendors/assessors.

  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents in collaboration with line managers and HRBPs.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs to management.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on leadership development and succession pipeline.

  • Deliver data-driven insights on talent management effectiveness through HR analytics.
