Role Summary: As a Sales Admin Associate, you will be on the frontline of Flokq's customer engagement, ensuring every inquiry is handled quickly and professionally. You will qualify leads, coordinate with internal teams, and drive the lead‑to‑viewing conversion process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at speed in a high‑volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, website, and phone channels.
- Qualify incoming leads and ensure they are passed on for viewing arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Flokq's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Supply and Viewing teams to match customer requirements with available inventory.
- Assist the Senior Sales Admin and Sales Admin Leader in achieving daily and weekly conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management workflows is a plus.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Native‑level English fluency (spoken and written) – a very high level of fluency in English is a must for this role and all interview rounds shall be in English.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Full‑time office presence in Yogyakarta is required.
