Job description :
- Coordinate with related parties to prepare maintenance service to customers
- Monitoring maintenance service in accordance with the Procedure and Service Level Agreement
- Visit to customers regularly
Job Requirements :
- S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems ,or related Engineering discipline with minimal GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience as a leader in IT company
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership
- Having problem solving ability
