  • Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula for liquids products
  • Lead and develop the R&D team
  • Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements
  • Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each product's development.
  • Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
  • Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation
  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be experienced in R&D of Sauces (Wet/Liquid Products).
  • Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
  • Dynamic, Agile, pro-active personality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willing to be based in Jababeka, Cikarang
