- Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula for liquids products
- Lead and develop the R&D team
- Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements
- Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each product's development.
- Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
- Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be experienced in R&D of Sauces (Wet/Liquid Products).
- Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
- Dynamic, Agile, pro-active personality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willing to be based in Jababeka, Cikarang
