Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and taxation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) — able to communicate directly with Chinese counterparts.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations (VAT, Income Tax, SPT, etc.).
- Proficient in accounting and tax software such as Accurate, SAP, e-Faktur, e-SPT, or similar systems.
- Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
- Holder of Tax Brevet A & B certification (C is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the company's overall financial activities, including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual financial reporting.
- Ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Supervise and control the company's tax processes (VAT, Income Tax, monthly and annual tax reports).
- Conduct tax planning and strategy to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the main liaison with external parties such as tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and profitability analyses to support management decisions.
- Communicate effectively with headquarters, vendors, and business partners in Mandarin (both verbal and written).
- Lead the finance and accounting team, ensuring all reports and tax submissions are accurate and on schedule.
Preferred / Nice to Have :
- Experience working in a multinational company or with Chinese business partners.
- Familiarity with bilingual financial reports (Mandarin–English/Indonesian).
- Experience in internal or external auditing
