We are welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as Process Engineer Assistant Manager, which offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the company's growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze process and production data and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Troubleshoot process related issues.
  • Work with R&D for product development and plant/product validation
  • Work with quality department for quality improvement using SPC
  • Work with maintenance for reliability improvement
  • Develop, maintain and change process recipe and process conditions.
  • Work with related departments to ensure plant compliance towards quality and process safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering major
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in oleochemical or petrochemical manufacturing process as process engineer or production lead
  • English fluency is a must.
