Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Brebes. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and managing desktop computers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining IT documentation and providing help desk support to ensure all technical issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related hardware
- Strong background in Information Technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in managing IT documentation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
