Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Brebes. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and managing desktop computers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining IT documentation and providing help desk support to ensure all technical issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Help Desk Support skills
  • Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related hardware
  • Strong background in Information Technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in managing IT documentation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
