Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engenering, Design Interior or Architect
- At least Years of working experience in the Commercial Interior or Exhibition/Events or related industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Able to understand and implement Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Able to work as a team and manage the team.
- Able to read the drawing and deliver satisfied projects within tight deadline to our Clients.
- Willing to be working at project site (in town or out of town) .
- Preferably experienced in Commercial retail and F&B projects.
- Love working with Design Interior and Exhibition/Events industry.
Responsibilities :
- Meet given sales target and review & track top line & bottom line profits regularly.
- Establish good working relations with new and existing clients for potential businesses.
- Manage client's expectations on project requirements.
- Develop potential sales leads.
- Oversee and manage team as a role of a Project Manager.
- Conduct team meetings and resolve any work related issues
- Plan & preparing project schedule.
- Monitoring progress project from beginning until handover.
- Manage Project Budget, Cost and Time Line
- Willing to meet on site with owner, shop manager, and sub contractor.
- Able to manage project interior or events/exhibitions in the building or in the mall.
