About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist
to manage payroll operations, compensation planning, and benefits administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax and labor regulations, and the development of competitive compensation structures to support employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong expertise in
payroll processing
, including tax calculation and compliance with local labor regulations - Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
(complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) - Experience in creating and managing
annual compensation budgets and plans - Ability to conduct
salary benchmarking
using market research and internal data analysis - Experience with
SAP or similar HR/payroll systems - Strong knowledge of
HR operations processes
to ensure smooth and compliant workflows - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in C&B or HR operations, preferably in multinational or large-scale organizations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and labor laws
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and manage the annual compensation and benefits budget, including salary increases, bonuses, and allowances
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages
- Provide reports and insights on payroll, compensation, and benefits data for management decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (SAP or similar) and collaborate with HR teams to maintain employee records
