- Providing accurate and timely interpretation between Korean and Indonesian/English in a variety of settings, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Translating written documents, reports, and correspondence between Korean and Indonesian/English
- Assisting in the coordination of cross-cultural activities and events
- Serving as a cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance to ensure effective collaboration between Korean and Indonesian/English-speaking parties
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Contributing to the overall success of the organisation by supporting effective communication and understanding
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; major in Engineering is a plus.
- Certified in Korean language (TOPIK), with a minimum of Level 4.
- Fluent in Korean and Indonesian/English, with strong interpretation and translation skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven experience in interpretation or translation roles (minimum 1 year), preferably in corporate or industrial environments.
- Prior experience working in a Korean company is an advantage.
- Experience living in South Korea is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Familiarity with business terminology and practices in both Korean and Indonesian/English.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
