Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jakarta Barat, Indonesia. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service issues, and promoting effective communication within the team. Additionally, the Store Manager will manage staff schedules, train employees, develop sales strategies, and implement retail loss prevention protocols.
