Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the Indonesian market environment, including political, economic, social, and technological factors.
  • Gather and analyze data on the automotive market in Indonesia, including market size, competition, consumer demand, and trends.
  • Prepare clear market research reports to support company decisions.
  • Develop a 3-year product plan for Indonesia based on market competition, demand, and customer needs, in line with CHANGAN's product strategy.

Qualifications:

Professional Skills

  • Strong skills in market analysis and product planning.
  • Proficient in office tools; experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience in product planning for the Indonesian market is preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Field of Study: Preferably in automotive manufacturing, marketing, vehicle engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Languages: Good command of English.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a related field.
