Job Descriptions
  • Lead feasibility studies and site evaluations to identify optimal locations for new branches, ensuring compliance with company strategy, accessibility, and local regulations.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams, property owners, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, standards, and deadlines. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the key contact point for all expansion-related matters, maintaining strong communication and alignment between internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all project documentation—permits, contracts, reports—to support transparent decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate post-opening project performance and recommend improvements for future site rollout and efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site management, construction project coordination, or related roles—preferably within the retail or commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of urban landscape, zoning regulations, and permit processes, with beneficial local connections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
