JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and implement caching strategies.
Support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
Ensure system reliability, security, availability, and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
Proficiency in
Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python

Solid experience in
RESTful API development
and
microservices architecture

Hands-on expertise with databases:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Experience in
cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
and
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Minimum
5 years professional backend development experience

Strong problem-solving, system thinking, and clean coding skills.
Familiar with
CI/CD pipelines
and deployment best practices.
Excellent communication, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
Prior experience in
high-traffic, mission-critical systems
is a strong advantage.
