Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operation Manager in daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Document, refine, and implement business processes and workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication across departments and languages, supporting regional and international operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in business process planning and execution
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Multilingual fluency (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with digital tools for documentation and workflow management
  • Discreet, proactive, and highly adaptable in dynamic environments

  • Have a pasport minimal 24 month validity
