Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, with experience in the IT field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understands general banking processes or has experience in banking IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and related applications.
- Understands concepts and technical terminology in the IT and software industry.
- Able to think critically, communicate effectively, perform business analysis, be creative, plan efficiently, and explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Capable of designing and providing new solutions to meet IT organizational needs.
- Able to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Has the ability to research and collect data from various sources.
- Proficient in writing and editing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experienced with authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and business information from stakeholders.
- Write, edit, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly guides, manuals, and online help materials.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other teams to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Conduct research and collect data from multiple sources to support documentation needs.
- Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and standards for technical writing.
- Utilize authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Office for documentation.
- Work closely with project teams using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards and IT best practices.
Review and update existing documentation to reflect system changes or process improvements.
