Code Reviewer
to help us maintain world-class standards in software development across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to developers on structure, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Developers, System Analysts, and QA teams to enhance development best practices.
• Contribute to defining and improving internal coding guidelines and frameworks.
• (Preferred)
  Participate in developing simulators for testing in financial or high-precision environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in
  Information Technology
  ,
  Computer Science
  ,
  Informatics Management
  , or related fields.
• Minimum
  7 years
  of experience as a
  Lead Developer, Technical Lead, System Analyst
  , or equivalent role with strong focus on
  code quality and code review
  .
• Preferably certified in
  Software Quality Assurance
  or
  Secure Coding Practices
  .
• Strongly preferred: experience in
  developing testing simulators
  for
  financial systems
  or other high-precision domains.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as
  Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript
  , with a solid understanding of each language's best practices.
