ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan GTM strategies for product launches.
- Manage RDU planning and allocation across stores.
- Develop and plan retail visibility (PoSM) & marketing budgets.
- Design and optimize planograms and store layouts.
- Collaborate with sales, marcomm and product marketing to ensure alignment on product launches.
ASSIGNED TARGET OR KPI
- Ensure on time launch of GTM initiatives according to the planned schedule
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders (Sales, DG, Category Management)
- Ensure deployment of planned PoSM across all targeted stores as per timeline.
- Ensure deployment of RDUs within 2 weeks after launch date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs and staffing
- Experience in retail, electronics, or merchandising is a plus.
