ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Plan GTM strategies for product launches.
  • Manage RDU planning and allocation across stores.
  • Develop and plan retail visibility (PoSM) & marketing budgets.
  • Design and optimize planograms and store layouts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marcomm and product marketing to ensure alignment on product launches.

ASSIGNED TARGET OR KPI

  • Ensure on time launch of GTM initiatives according to the planned schedule
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders (Sales, DG, Category Management)
  • Ensure deployment of planned PoSM across all targeted stores as per timeline.
  • Ensure deployment of RDUs within 2 weeks after launch date.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs and staffing
  • Experience in retail, electronics, or merchandising is a plus.
