We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and other software tools.
  • Maintain and support networking equipment and operating systems.
  • Document and track support requests using helpdesk software.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to attendance and punctuality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, networking, and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MacOS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong discipline in attendance and punctuality.
