We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and other software tools.
- Maintain and support networking equipment and operating systems.
- Document and track support requests using helpdesk software.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.
- Ensure adherence to attendance and punctuality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, networking, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
