Lead and oversee the preparation of civil engineering designs (earthworks, drainage, roads, platforms, foundations, etc.) in mining infrastructure projects.
Coordinate and integrate designs across multiple disciplines (structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, geotechnical, etc.).
Act as the main technical contact for clients, consultants, and contractors for all engineering matters.
Review and ensure design deliverables meet client requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Participate in feasibility studies, concept design, detailed engineering, and construction support.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers and drafters.
Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across disciplines and with project stakeholders.
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation in collaboration with the project manager.
Conduct site visits as required for data collection, verification, and technical support.
