Requirement :
- Must have a Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering from reputable university
- Experience as IE in Stamping manufacture is a must
- have an experience minimum 2 years
- Knowledge about production manufacture process
- Familiar with WI, QCPC, Cycle time,Takt time, Line Balancing, Leadtime, FMEA (Lean Engineer, IE)
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing (Lean Engineer)
- Able to operate AutoCAD
- Able to operate Solid Work / UG / Pro-E
- Understand to create SOP / Work Instruction
- Passion in technology innovation, out of the box mindset, creative, hardwork but smart to contribute to the company
- Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, outspoken, critical, teamwork, and capable to give improvements
- Have good communication and cooperation skills

Job Description :
- Production Line Performance Monitoring: Observing and recording performance data (such as output, cycle time, and defect rate) on the hardware production line.
- Cycle Time & Motion Analysis: Conducting time and motion studies at critical or problematic workstations to identify inefficiencies.
- Rapid Operational Troubleshooting: Responding to and analyzing the root causes of daily production issues, such as sudden bottlenecks, minor defects, or quality deviations.
- Standard Work Documentation Updates: Ensuring operators follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updating standard work documentation if there are minor process changes.
