We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who is energetic, communicative, and possesses a strong business development mindset to join our growing F&B company. This role will be instrumental in expanding product distribution through Modern Trade channels, creating impactful promotional events, and building strategic partnerships for our restaurant brands.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage product sales in Modern Trade channels, including listing processes, promotions, and buyer relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, modern supermarkets, and key decision makers
- Organize and execute promotions, booth activations, and brand campaigns in malls, events, and exhibitions
- Negotiate with mall management and event organizers regarding location, costs, and operational requirements
- Secure and manage partnership deals for our offline restaurant brands with potential strategic partners
- Prepare comprehensive cooperation proposals and maintain partnerships to ensure sustainable repeat orders
- Create detailed reports on sales performance, promotional activities, and partnership progress on regular basis
- Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations on sales & promotional strategies to achieve company targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, product displays, and campaign execution
- Manage operational budgets for sales activities and promotional events
- Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure long-term business success
- Must have existing database and strong network with Modern Trade contacts (buyers, distributors, key accounts)
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Marketing/Management/Business preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail industry with proven track record
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Energetic, proactive personality and willing to work mobile (frequent field visits, events, client meetings)
- Highly target-oriented and experienced in working with aggressive sales goals and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Owns private vehicle (motorcycle/car) and valid driving license for mobility requirements
