Basic Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering or similar.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, strategic thingking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
- Must have a strong customer oriented perspective
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects and strategic programs to ensure operational quality are reliable and effective.
- Identify and improve process and competency gaps within internal teams to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Transform and develop quality control & assurance organization into high performing team and challenge the status quo.
- Review and evaluate current Quality Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Ensuring the product delivered meets customer's needs by monitoring and evaluate the production process and machine performance are accordance with quality plan.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure customer's needs are met.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.
