This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting and Tax Supervisor, located in Tanjung Priok. The Accounting and Tax Supervisor will oversee and ensure compliance in all aspects of tax planning, preparation, compliance, and reporting. This role involves preparing financial statements, implementing tax strategies, and ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws. The professional will also lead and support a team to ensure all accounting and tax operations are accurately and efficiently managed.

Qualifications

Finance, Accounting And Tax Supervisor

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation and Finance
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate taxation of public accounting
  • Experience in handling tax audits and dispute resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise the preparation and timely submission of monthly and annual tax reports (PPN, PPh, Etc)
  • Ensure full compliance with local and national tax regulations.
  • Review and validate tax calculations , payment and documentation.
  • Coordinate tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Identify tax saving opportunities and recommend planning strategies.
  • Support the finance team with tax forecasting and budgeting.

Job Description

  • Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (SPT) in coordination with the Tax Holding team.
  • Ensure proper implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM) and management in annual budget preparation.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
  • Perform control over Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and operational expenses.
