Job Description:
- Participated in an intensive 18-month development program in the Collection & Recovery Division, combining structured coursework and on-the-job training
- Coordinate, review, and analyze daily collection performance data.
- Supporting decision-making by sharing relevant observations or insights with leaders and colleagues.
- Initiate new ideas and lead a cohesive, high performing team.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Min. Bachelor / Master Degree with a GPA of at least 2.75 from Top 10 Universities and 3.00 from Non-Top 10 Universities
- Has Experience in Multifinance Industries (plus point)
- Possesses strong execution, adaptability & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate good leadership abilities
- Willing to undergo an 18-month service bond
- Willing to be placed at any CNAF branch (National)
