How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
- Supports the Lead in reviewing contractual technical documentation and requirements.
- Supports the Lead in defining engineering requirements and interfacing with other disciplines, ensuring system optimization with minimal cost and simplification while fulfilling required performance.
- Prepares technical documentation for package requisitions, including specifications and data sheets when required.
- Handles technical negotiations with vendors and ensures proper control of vendor documents.
- Prepares technical evaluations and technical tabulations to ensure vendor technical alignment.
- Follows up on assigned equipment or packages after order award.
- Reviews, checks, and signs vendor drawings in coordination with other disciplines.
- Attends internal review activities and participates in inter-discipline check meetings when required.
- Provides support for expediting and testing activities.
- Provides support for document management and assists in preparing the final documentation book.
- Prepares material take-off to support construction activities.
- Assists construction activities by providing information and clarification through vendors.
What are we looking for?
- At least 10 years of working experience in mechanical engineering work (EPCI projects).
- The application of a good level of theoretical knowledge in designs and selection studies, of the Package system equipment especially the Flare, Chemical Injection Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, AGRU & TEG, Water Treatment, Sanitary Treatment and FG Treatment. Experience in several Pump types such as Centrifugal, Rotary Gear, Rotary Vane, Reciprocating, and Sealless type is a plus point.
- Having knowledge of International code standards for Package Equipment for onshore and offshore design such as API 537, API 675, API 676, API 610, API 674, API 685, etc.
- All around experience in work scoping, vendor management, FAT, Field Engineering, and preferably commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
- Good communication skills, approachable, and able to work with others. Experience in interfacing with field operations and maintenance teams is a plus point
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Computer literacy involves the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
