About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Manager to lead and oversee our quality assurance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products, processes, and systems meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, standards, and procedures.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits when required.
- Monitor product quality, analyze data, and report performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a QA leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) or other relevant quality certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
