Responsibilities:

  • Research and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and align strategies with project goals.
  • Develop and execute KOL strategies, including timelines, content creation, and promotion.
  • Facilitate KOL and content creator collaboration to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee KOL campaign execution, including content publishing and social media engagement, and optimize for impact.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Communicate with agencies and brands, and liaise between internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee accurate KOL payments, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Manage all project phases, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English
     to ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Minimum 
    3–5 years of experience
     in influencer marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
  • Solid understanding of KOL/influencer marketing and campaign flow
  • Preferably has background in agency or fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience working with international clients/KOLs or multilingual environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skill
  • Excellent understanding, managing and execution of SLA management and internal escalation processes.
  • Strong ownership and accountability in managing tasks and team goals
  • Able to work independently while maintaining composure under pressure
