Job Purpose:

To develop creative visual materials that strengthen the brand identity of brands: Sophie Martin & Brun Brun Paris) and PURSIA, ensuring consistency across digital and offline media. The role also supports brand campaigns through product photography and visual storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design digital and print marketing materials including social media posts, website banners, product catalogs, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and event visuals.
  • Execute creative direction that aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support product photoshoots — including setup, lighting, and post-editing for social media, website, and marketplace assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
  • Manage design assets, maintain organized file systems, and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Produce creative mockups for new product launches and promotional content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with design and fashion trends to keep brand visuals fresh and appealing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in retail, fashion, or beauty industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
  • Basic skills in product photography and photo retouching (studio or natural lighting setup).
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creativity aligned with current design trends.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
