Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in workshop or plant management roles.
  • Solid understanding of automotive production processes (OEM or key components), and familiarity with quality systems such as IATF16949 and ISO9001.
  • Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Documentation & Quota Management: Complete the preparation, revision, and implementation of process documents and material consumption quota of the stamping.
  • Workflow Improvement: Responsible for the implementation of production process schemes (station setup, equipment design, and determination of equipment parameters) for the stamping process layout of the production line.
  • Trial Production: Track the stamping production site and deal with problems in the trial production and production site in a timely manner.

  • Process Design & Documentation: Develop the process flow and write the process documents according to the factory development plan. Responsible for the design and development of equipment and process fixtures and evaluating equipment capability.
  • Key Deliverables: Output four major documents of the production process: Process Design Specification, FMEA, SOP, Control Plan, Failure Mode, etc.
  • Implementation & Compliance: Ensure the smooth introduction of production and verify that the process documents are strictly implemented in all production links under controlled conditions.
  • Troubleshooting & Improvement: Solve various process‑related problems in the production process and analyze and improve them.

  • Standards & Capacity: Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification.
  • Anomaly Resolution: Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, following up on the results of the measures taken.
  • New Product Support: Participate in the trial production of new products, formally formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on their implementation.
  • Metrics & Planning: Establish production equipment capacity and analyze data to implement improvement plans.
