What you will do
- Responsible to support daily maintenance of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in our Branches
- Knowledge basic preventive maintenance of equipment building
- Make sure all equipment in our branches run smoothly
- Conduct minor repairing and fixing based on SOP.
- Maintain the inventory of working tools and equipment at the branch.
- Fast Response Problem solving technical issue and reporting urgent issues.
- Making check and reporting list for every maintenance have to do for reporting to Branch Teams and Branch Operations Manager
- Conduct training to host and cleaner for troubleshooting on minor technical issues.
- Resolve issues queuing on ticketing issues of the branches.
- Willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
- Candidates must possess at least High School with preference Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field of technician or engineer is required for this position.
- Having experience as a Hotel Maintenance/Hotel Engineering are more favorable
