- Responsible to ensure the quality of raw materials, finished products, and production line processes in accordance with quality standards.
- Responsible for certification processes such as Halal, BPOM, as well as preparation for FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.
- Assist in the implementation of internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, and customer audits), as well as organize several internal trainings related to food safety and Halal.
- Ensure that the production line is in good condition, comply with regulations and processes according to SOPs.
- Handle unexpected issues, such as changes in finished product documents, customer requests, problem findings, and requests from other departments.
- Issue new documents, such as product specifications, allergen information, and standard determination.
- Supervise new product processes, starting from raw material measurement to the filling stage.
- Handle and investigate customer complaints related to product quality, prepare investigation reports, and carry out follow-ups until complaint resolution is completed.
- Lead a team to support departmental goals by delegating tasks, providing support and feedback, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify training needs for both internal and external parties.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
6–10 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, or Regulatory Compliance roles.
- Strong exposure to handling Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000 certification processes.
- Hands-on experience in leading or assisting internal/external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits).
- Experience in handling customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions.
- Familiar with new product development (NPD) processes, from raw material assessment to production trials.
- Prior leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
Skills & Knowledge:
Solid knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong document control skills (product specification, allergen info, SOPs, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot production line issues and coordinate cross-functionally.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (minimum intermediate–advanced, 70/100).
- Willingness to be mobile during Dec 2025 – Feb 2026 (Cikupa / Jakarta / Karawang).
