To coordinate and support project execution from initial customer inquiry through production launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting customer and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate communication among internal departments (engineering, production, quality, purchasing, etc.) to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and update project status reports and documentation.

Customer Communication

  • Support communication with customers regarding project progress, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.

  • Assist in handling customer feedback and implementing required changes or improvements.

Technical Support

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation for project proposals and production readiness.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and quality management systems (ISO/TS/IATF
  • Support corrective and preventive actions related to project quality issues.

Cost & Schedule Management

  • Monitor project costs and highlight potential budget deviations.
  • Support scheduling of prototype builds, sample delivery, and mass production preparation.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation (drawings, specifications, change requests, approvals).
  • Prepare project summaries, meeting minutes, and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in cable harness or automotive parts industry.
  • Experience in project coordination or production engineering is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of cable harness components (connectors, terminals, wires) is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
