- Experience managing projects during campus/organization activities is a plus.

- Contribute in negotiation, clarification, and deal finalization until PO.
- Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients through a consistent and solution‑focused approach.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, materials, pricing, production) to ensure proposal accuracy.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Account Officer (B2B Sales). The role is located in Cimanggis with a hybrid working arrangement. The Account Officer will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, managing and expanding customer accounts, finding new leads and potential clients for B2B products, providing outstanding customer service specifically conducting training needs assessment with clients, presenting the proposal products and maintaining good relationships while communicating effectively with clients.
Qualifications- Experience in B2B Business Development and/or Sales for at least 1 year
- Having experience in the training consultant industry is a plus
- Good marketing, communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in fostering a long-term relationship with clients
- Have good knowledge of people development product and project budgeting
- Able to present ideas of our B2B product to the prospective customer
