Job Descriptions:
- Analyze export sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare export regular reports on sales performance, pricing, margins, and customer behavior.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to the export sales team.
- Conduct research on international markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support export strategic planning by providing market forecasts and benchmarking data.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies for international markets.
- Evaluate export profitability by product, region, and customer segment.
- Maintain and update export systems with accurate customer and sales data.
- Support other export sales initiatives especially in sales analytics.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or export environments.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other data tools.
- Knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and international logistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-cultural teams.
- Willing to work directly from our office at Thamrin, Central Jakarta.
