- Lead in developing and executing an operational excellent strategy, to enable the manufacturing organization to implement the continues improvement culture to improve its operationg and quality performance.
- Responsible to train, lead, and coach engineer / supervisor the DMAIC methodology and execute improvement project with DMAIC approach
- Responsible to identify the improvement opportunities in all area of the manufacturing organization, create project timelines, calculate the financial benefit, and execute the improvement project.
- Responsible to update and organize factory improvement board to ensure all the information is up to date.
- Develop the operational excellent strategy, focusing on Continues Improvement project.
- Works cross-fuctionally among operational teams, business teams, and support teams to resolve quality issue and drive long-term quality improvement.
- Drive continues improvement process and procedures, conduct Root Cause Analysis, identify operational efficiency improvement and assist in the prioritization of improvement opportunities.
- Liase with external parties, for the purpose of benchmarking, knowledge center development and project delivery.
- Monitor and tracks benefit of project delivered, lead post implementation reviews, and drive corrective actions where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
- Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills across all levels.
- Self-driven, able to multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in lean manufacturing, problem-solving tools, and applying creative solutions.
- Fluent in English both written or spoken
