Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang and Mojokerto for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for visiting customers, conducting technical presentations, performing on-site testing/dosage optimization, and providing technical support at customer facilities. The role also includes developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customers' satisfaction. The position requires frequent travel and occasional overnight stays (with full accommodation provided by the company) to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Knowledge of water treatment is a plus
- Valid driving license and ability to operate a car (company car provided)
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as required
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and customer-oriented mindset
