- Project Implementation and Coordination
- Support the execution of project activities in accordance with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project components.
- Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor project performance and contribute to the development of progress reports.
- Collect and analyze field data to assess project impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Support regular site visits and ensure quality assurance of project activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including case studies and success stories.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional or multi-site context.
- Experience working with NGOs, government, or international organizations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
