QUALIFICATION
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in an educational or training institution.
Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication abilities in English (both written and spoken) to effectively interact with staff, instructors, and students.
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, and other relevant tools for reporting, scheduling, and promotional material creation.
A solid understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to drive business growth and course enrollment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage the language course instructors and administrative staff.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all language classes and programs.
Ensure the high quality and effectiveness of all language courses and teaching methodologies.
Monitor instructor performance and conduct regular training or professional development sessions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote language courses and attract new students.6. Manage promotional content creation, often utilizing tools like Canva.
Drive efforts to meet enrollment targets and achieve business growth objectives.
