Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in construction cost estimation and budget management
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Willing to be located in Sulawesi
- Can join ASAP
Job Summary:
- Preparing accurately quantify materials and labor requirements for different kind of building project in all aspect (structural, mechanical, piping, electrical)
- Calculate & listing the volume of project for tender (prepare Taking Off)
- Arrange price list for tender/ cost project estimating
- Prepare Bill of Quantity for Tender
- Prepare Bidders list
- Review Tender Document
