Job Description :

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Assist in gathering employee feedback, engagement survey data, and training evaluations.
  • Help analyze trends to support decision-making.

Program Support

  • Support planning and execution of HR initiatives (e.g., onboarding, training, talent development programs).
  • Prepare materials for workshops, training, and meetings.

Communication & Documentation

  • Draft communication content (emails, posters, presentations) for HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR activities, learning databases, and reports.

Research & Benchmarking

  • Conduct research on best practices in organizational development and HR trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance programs.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, and participant registration for HR activities.
  • Support other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, organizational development, and people management.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
