Job Description :
Data Collection & Analysis
- Assist in gathering employee feedback, engagement survey data, and training evaluations.
- Help analyze trends to support decision-making.
Program Support
- Support planning and execution of HR initiatives (e.g., onboarding, training, talent development programs).
- Prepare materials for workshops, training, and meetings.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft communication content (emails, posters, presentations) for HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of HR activities, learning databases, and reports.
Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct research on best practices in organizational development and HR trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance programs.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and participant registration for HR activities.
- Support other HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR, organizational development, and people management.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
