PT RMA Solusi Indonesia, a subsidiary of RMA Group, is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer to join our digital product development team. At RMA, we build modern, scalable, and impactful web solutions using the latest technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
- Strong hands-on experience with and its ecosystem
- Solid experience with or
- Understanding of state management (Redux/Zustand/Context API)
- Familiarity with modern CSS (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules)
- Experience with form handling (React Hook Form + validation)
- Familiar with build tools (Vite, Webpack)
- Basic knowledge of testing (Jest/Vitest/React Testing Library)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with both and
- Exposure to HRIS/HR Tech projects
- Knowledge of role-based authentication (admin, employee, HR)
- Experience with PDF generation in frontend
- Familiarity with headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, etc.)
- Understanding of basic SEO implementation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows
- Portfolio/GitHub showcasing relevant projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web applications using or
- Build reusable and responsive UI components
- Implement SSR/SSG/ISR for performance and SEO optimization
- Integrate with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse score)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers for seamless workflows
- Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests
- Handle deployment and configuration on modern platforms (Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
