Account Management Specialist

If you are someone with
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent account handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and understanding of digital marketing platforms (OEM ads, App Store ads, browsers, etc.).
  • Solid budget tracking and optimization capability.
  • Good understanding of market research methods and ability to transform insights into strategies.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and presentation) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools for reporting and presentations.

  • Manage and optimize client accounts by monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
  • Apply logical and strategic thinking to identify client needs, develop tailored campaign strategies, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (product, marketing, and tech) and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (OEM pre-installation, App Store, browser, etc.), ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, and performance optimization.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets effectively by tracking spend, analyzing cost efficiency, and recommending optimization strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and propose strategic improvements for client and business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, performance reports, and campaign reviews to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting insights and strategic recommendations
