Responsibilities :

  • The Project Admin – Merchandise is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of merchandise department
  • Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of products, services, and materials
  • Updating SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data.
  • Organize and file all project-related documents (contracts, invoices, reports)
  • Maintain compliance regulations from the project administrative side
  • Provide administrative support for merchandise campaigns, promotions, and events

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimal 2 years of experience in project administration/ merchandise admin, ideally within the retail, fashion, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and product development processes is a plus
