Responsibilities :
- The Project Admin – Merchandise is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of merchandise department
- Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of products, services, and materials
- Updating SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data.
- Organize and file all project-related documents (contracts, invoices, reports)
- Maintain compliance regulations from the project administrative side
- Provide administrative support for merchandise campaigns, promotions, and events
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimal 2 years of experience in project administration/ merchandise admin, ideally within the retail, fashion, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and product development processes is a plus
