We are looking for an Human Capital Staff who will play a key role in ensuring all HC processes run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. This position is responsible for supporting various HC functions and maintaining organized, precise, and up-to-date employee data and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of HR activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll data preparation with precision.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Provide support in reporting and data analysis for HR projects and management requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or HR systems/software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
