The Role
As a KOL Specialist at Mierakigai,
you will play a key role in designing and executing influencer marketing strategies for multiple clients across different industries
. You'll be responsible for building strong partnerships with KOLs, ensuring campaigns are not only creative but also measurable, scalable, and aligned with each client's growth objectives. This role requires a balance of relationship management, strategic thinking, and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring each campaign aligns with the client's business goals.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard KOLs/influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) tailored to specific industries and target audiences.
  • Develop campaign briefs, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Growth Strategists, Creative, Social Media) to integrate KOL campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions), delivering clear and actionable reports to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and key industry partners.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, tools, and benchmarks to bring innovative solutions to client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in an agency managing multiple brands.
  • Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems, especially in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver campaigns with measurable business impact (engagement, leads, or sales).
  • Skilled in negotiation, budget management, and contract handling.
  • Strong project management skills organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English for both influencers and clients.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
