Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as an estimator/project costing
- Strong understanding of BOQ, cost estimates, and construction/production methods
- Able to read technical drawings and project specifications
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and fast in cost analysis
- Proficient in Excel and basic estimating software
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang and project sites
- Collect technical data and project specifications
- Calculate work volumes and material requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Develop cost proposals and BOQ/RAB
- Analyze market prices and suppliers to ensure cost accuracy
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Revise estimates according to design or scope changes
- Support tender preparation, proposals, and cost clarifications
